We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title heading. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key parts:
- Intro: "Join CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, a global leader in Direct Liquid Cooling technology for data centers, supercomputers, and high-performance computing environments. An exciting and challenging position exists as the Manager, Key Accounts within CoolIT's Business Development Department. As a leader on the Business Development team, you will be a key contributor to CoolIT's continued and aggressive growth, supporting the company's client relationship and revenue growth strategy with key accounts and channel partners."
That's prose about role. Could go under About the role.
- "What’s In It For You" then list benefits: Health Benefits, Voluntary Life & AD&D, Disability Coverage, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, Professional Development, Work Environment, Remote Work. These are benefits. So Benefits section.
- "What You Will Do" then bullet list of duties: Oversee commercial aspects..., Responsible for the team’s strategy..., Be the voice..., Manages a diverse team..., Ensure your team adheres..., Work closely..., Continuously engage..., Engage regularly..., Ensure adherence... That's responsibilities.
- "Position Details International travel (20% or greater)." That's schedule? Could be schedule (travel). Also maybe schedule includes travel. We'll put under Schedule.
- "Minimum Qualifications" list: 3+ years experience..., Strategic thinker..., 3+ years managing teams..., Bachelor's degree..., Knowledge of data center and IT markets. That's qualifications/requirements.
- "Preferred Qualifications" list: Direct contacts..., Awareness..., Enjoys..., A self-motivated..., Passionate..., Believes... That's skills/preferred qualifications.
- "ABOUT COOLIT, AN ECOLAB COMPANY" description: Could be About the role? Actually it's about company. Could be separate section but not required. We could include under About the role or maybe a separate About the company but not in list. The instruction: use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content accordingly.
- "Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range 167,300 - 200,800" plus note about factors. That's Pay.
- Benefits also includes Ecolab benefits list after "Benefits Ecolab provides the following benefits:" That's a long list. We need to include Benefits section with that info. Also earlier "What’s In It For You" benefits. We should combine? Probably include all benefits info under Benefits section.
- Schedule: International travel (20% or greater). Also maybe remote work flexibility mentioned under What’s In It For You: Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment. That's also schedule/ work arrangement. So schedule includes remote work and travel.
- Requirements vs Qualifications: The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications headings. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications? But they also have Skills heading. Could allocate: Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications, Skills = maybe specific skills like knowledge of data center and IT markets, strategic thinker, etc. However we have overlapping. Better to follow typical: Requirements = mandatory (minimum qualifications), Qualifications = preferred qualifications, Skills = maybe specific abilities (strategic thinker, team management, etc). But we need to avoid filler.
Let's extract:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles, focused on large enterprise IT companies.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more, as well as cross-functional contributors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of data center and IT markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct contacts at the big 5 hyperscalers in infrastructure or silicon programs.
- Awareness of data center cooling strategies.
- Enjoys and contributes to a collaborative culture where nothing is impossible.
- A self-motivated individual can navigate in an industry that moves fast.
- Passionate about new technologies.
- Believes in being an ethical and good person, always.
Skills: maybe we can list specific skills like account management, strategic planning, team leadership, negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, etc. But we already have those in qualifications. Could combine.
Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they said use headings for those sections if content exists. We have both minimum and preferred, so we can have Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). Skills maybe we can omit if not distinct. But we need to include only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Skills? Could extract skills like "strategic thinking", "team management", "negotiation", "cross-functional collaboration", "communication". But those are already in qualifications. Might be okay to omit Skills section to avoid thin.
Pay: we have compensation range.
Schedule: we have remote work flexibility and international travel 20% or greater.
Benefits: we have both CoolIT-specific benefits list and Ecolab benefits list. We'll combine.
About the role: we have intro paragraph plus maybe About CoolIT company description? The About the role heading likely expects description of role and maybe company. We'll include the intro paragraph and the About CoolIT paragraph (since it's about company but could be considered role context). However we must not repeat job title as heading. That's fine.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out sections like "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)", "Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging", "Click here for additional benefits information", "If you are viewing this posting on a site other than our Ecolab Career website...", "Potential Customer Requirements Notice", etc. Also remove "Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws." That's part of Pay but maybe we keep the compensation range and note that many factors considered? The instruction: do not include filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". The note about many factors is not filler; it's substantive. We can keep it.
Also remove "Benefits Ecolab provides the following benefits: ..." that's substantive.
We must not include "Click here for additional benefits information." That's a link/instruction; remove.
Also remove "If you are viewing this posting on a site other than our Ecolab Career website, view our benefits at jobs.ecolab.com/working-here." Remove.
Also remove "Potential Customer Requirements Notice ..." etc.
Also remove "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) ..." etc.
Also remove "Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging ..." etc.
Also remove "As demand for generative AI..." that's part of About CoolIT; keep.
Now craft HTML.
