Position Overview: The Manager of Home Health and Hospice Intake oversees and coordinates intake operations across Mercy Ministries, ensuring efficient, high-quality patient, family, and caregiver experiences. Initially managing Hospice Intake for the East region, the role involves strategic alignment, process standardization, resource optimization, and monitoring of operational and service metrics. The manager collaborates with healthcare leaders, physicians, referral sources, and caregivers to improve communication, streamline workflows, and support service growth in post-acute care.
