About the role
We are seeking a Unit Manager, RN, to lead clinical operations on a resident unit in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Coordinate assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Oversee medication and treatment administration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and infection control standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ dignity, safety, and comfort
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold high standards of care
Qualifications and Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
