About the role

This role involves leading retail operations within an assigned area to maximize sales and profits, ensuring stores are well-maintained, well-stocked, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Store Directors and Operations Specialists
• Oversee budgets and analyze financial statements
• Implement company policies and monitor store performance
• Develop marketing strategies
• Conduct regular store visits to assess pricing, inventory, safety, and employee relations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
• Extensive experience in retail or merchandising
• Strong analytical, supervisory, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer applications, data analysis, and communication
• Ability to manage large teams, motivate staff, and handle customer and employee issues effectively

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Work is primarily in office or store environments, with occasional physical activities like bending or reaching
• Travel up to 60% within the division may be necessary
