About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead security operations in St. Louis, Missouri. The role requires a proactive leader committed to safety, integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for assigned security portfolio
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and achieve profitability goals
• Manage client relationships, oversee client transitions, and integrate new business
• Coach, train, and develop site supervisors and account managers
• Promote client and employee retention initiatives
• Lead security teams and coordinate operations
• Manage client satisfaction and drive performance
• Fill in at lower levels when necessary to ensure high-quality customer service

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with an associate degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant security or business management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills
• Ability to manage operations and ensure high-quality customer service
