Provides leadership and accountability for security operations within a designated portfolio, ensuring quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations and scheduling efficiently
• Coordinating client transitions and new business integration
• Engaging with clients to maintain strong relationships
• Coaching, training, and developing site supervisors and account managers
• Promoting client and employee retention initiatives

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Associate degree
• 3+ years of experience in security or business management
• Strong organization, communication, and technological proficiency
• Compliance skills
• Ability to manage branch operations and fill in at various levels when needed
