Manager - Full-Time

About the role

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective production aligned with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct production and related activities to meet or surpass goals.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop teams accordingly.
• Design and implement processes to enhance yield and quality.
• Analyze workflows and develop methods to meet production schedules.
• Establish and maintain safety, productivity, and profitability programs, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Develop safety training and programs to minimize accidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize equipment usage.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Manage operational supplies and prepare production reports.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience preferred.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in managerial roles within high-production environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards, workflow analysis, and team development.
