Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective production aligned with established procedures. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct production and related activities to meet or surpass goals.Forecast staffing needs and develop teams accordingly.Design and implement processes to enhance yield and quality.Analyze workflows and develop methods to meet production schedules.Establish and maintain safety, productivity, and profitability programs, ensuring OSHA compliance.Develop safety training and programs to minimize accidents.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize equipment usage.Lead, motivate, coach, and foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability.Manage operational supplies and prepare production reports.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience preferred.7+ years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in managerial roles within high-production environments.Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills.Knowledge of safety standards, workflow analysis, and team development.
