Manager, Identity Security and Governance

Role Overview: This position involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Cloud. Key Responsibilities Manage SailPoint ISC and Saviynt projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.Develop identity governance frameworks encompassing lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, policies, and integrations.Troubleshoot complex issues, guide onboarding activities, and ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support transformation initiatives.Create technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.Support advanced identity governance features like AI-enabled analytics, automation, and emerging security technologies. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years focused on SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.Experience implementing enterprise IAM solutions, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access certifications, and legacy migrations.Strong knowledge of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, workflow automation, and innovative identity security technologies.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to lead technical discussions and deliver quality solutions. This role requires professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work independently, with travel as needed. Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
