Manager, Identity Security and Governance

About the role

This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity governance solutions, focusing on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Cloud. The role requires designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing these platforms, as well as developing identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution delivery is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery, troubleshooting complex issues, and guiding onboarding activities
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features, including automation and insights
• Collaborate with security teams, application owners, and business stakeholders
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and best practices

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with two years on SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, including application onboarding, lifecycle management, and access controls
• Strong understanding of identity governance, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead technical discussions
• Familiarity with emerging identity security technologies and AI-assisted analytics
• Ability to mentor team members and support transformation initiatives

Requirements
