Manager, Identity Security and Governance

The role involves leading the implementation and management of identity security solutions, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance. Responsibilities include designing identity governance frameworks, configuring solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring successful deployment and optimization. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing technical documentation, and supporting AI-enabled identity governance capabilities are key duties. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years' experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years working with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential. Qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree or extensive equivalent experience, leadership skills in technical workstreams, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This role requires the ability to mentor team members, support transformation initiatives, and support emerging identity security technologies.
