Manager, Identity Security and Governance

About the role

The role involves leading the implementation and management of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing identity governance solutions
• Configuring and deploying systems
• Troubleshooting complex issues
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery
• Developing technical documentation and governance standards
• Supporting emerging identity security technologies such as AI-enabled capabilities

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration
• Minimum of two years specific to SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring
• Stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and support transformation initiatives
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship is provided
