Manager, Identity Security and Governance

About the role

This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity security solutions, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance. The role requires designing, configuring, testing, and deploying these platforms, developing identity governance solutions, and supporting AI-enabled identity capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of SailPoint ISC and Saviynt.
• Develop identity governance solutions including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, guide onboarding activities, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support governance initiatives.
• Create technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures aligned with best practices.
• Support emerging identity security technologies and AI-driven analytics.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years specializing in SailPoint or Saviynt platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access certifications, and legacy migrations.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders.
