Manager, Identity Security and Governance

About the role

This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity security solutions, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance, within an advisory technology environment. The manager will design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize identity governance solutions, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of identity security projects, troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery of solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance capabilities, including automation and analytics.
• Mentor team members and support identity governance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience leading technical workstreams, providing mentorship, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with emerging identity security technologies and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and deliver quality solutions.
