Manager, Identity Security and Governance

About the role

This position involves leading and implementing identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt platforms. The manager will design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize identity security applications, ensuring seamless onboarding and effective governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical delivery and troubleshooting complex issues
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and support project goals
• Developing technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures
• Supporting AI-enabled identity governance capabilities and emerging security technologies
• Designing identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years on SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring teams, and supporting transformation initiatives

Skills

• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and advanced identity security technologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
