Manager, Identity Security and Governance

Role Overview: This position involves leading the implementation and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance solutions. The manager will design identity governance frameworks, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop technical documentation to support identity security initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding of identity security platforms.Develop identity governance solutions including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows.Guide technical delivery, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support implementation.Create governance standards, operational procedures, and best practices for identity management.Support AI-enabled identity governance capabilities and emerging security technologies.Mentor team members, lead technical discussions, and support transformation initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with SailPoint ISC or Saviynt platforms.Experience implementing enterprise IAM solutions, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access controls, and policies.Strong understanding of identity governance, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead technical discussions.Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.Ability to mentor team members and support client engagement.
