Manager, Identity Security and Governance

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of SailPoint ISC and Saviynt solutions, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.
• Design identity governance solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, policies, and integrations.
• Manage technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues, guiding onboarding activities, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, application owners, security teams, and project leaders to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, operational procedures, and best practices for identity governance.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features like automated access analysis, lifecycle automation, and security insights.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment while leading technical discussions and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of recent hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, managing application onboarding, access management, certifications, roles, workflows, and migrations.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance requirements, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and support transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI analytics, workflow automation, and agentic security concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to lead technical discussions.

Ability to travel as needed and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
