Manager, Identity Security and Governance

Role Overview: The Manager will lead the implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, focusing on design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization. They will develop identity governance solutions, manage technical delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide onboarding activities to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of identity security and governance platformsDesign identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support deliveryDevelop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational proceduresSupport AI-enabled identity governance capabilities and emerging security technologiesTroubleshoot technical issues and guide onboarding activities Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platformsExperience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, onboarding applications, managing identity lifecycle, and migration projectsStrong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholdersFamiliarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologiesExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
