Manager, Identity Security and Governance

About the role

This role involves leading the implementation of identity security and governance solutions, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt platforms. The candidate will develop technical documentation, governance standards, and support AI‑enabled identity capabilities such as automated access analysis and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure identity management systems.
• Onboard applications to identity governance platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex identity‑related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and governance standards.
• Support AI‑enabled identity capabilities, including automated access analysis and lifecycle management.
• Lead technical workstreams and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration.
• Minimum of two years working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership experience in technical workstreams and team mentoring.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
