Manager, Identity Security and Governance

Manager specializing in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance within the Advisory Technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SailPoint ISC and Saviynt solutions, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.
• Design identity governance frameworks covering lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, policies, and system integrations.
• Manage technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues, guiding onboarding, and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support project delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI‑enabled identity governance features like automated access analysis, lifecycle automation, and security insights.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years specializing in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience in implementing enterprise IAM solutions, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and support transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills for technical discussions and client solutions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
