Manager, Identity Security and Governance

About the role

This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt Identity Cloud. The manager will design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize these platforms, ensuring effective identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI‑enabled identity governance features, including automation and insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing identity solutions, onboarding applications, and managing identity lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Leadership skills in managing workstreams, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with emerging security technologies, AI analytics, and workflow automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
