Manager, Identity Security and Governance

About the role

This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity security solutions, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance. Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, testing, and deploying identity governance solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery. The role also entails developing technical documentation, governance standards, and supporting emerging identity security technologies such as AI-enabled analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of identity security platforms
• Design identity governance solutions including lifecycle management, access requests, and policies
• Support technical troubleshooting, onboarding, and successful implementation outcomes
• Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and support delivery
• Develop documentation, standards, and operational procedures
• Support innovative identity security capabilities leveraging AI and automation

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years working with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring teams, and supporting transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging security technologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions
