Manager, Identity Security and Governance

Role Overview

Seeking a Manager to lead the implementation and design of identity security solutions, focusing on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance. The position involves managing solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization, as well as developing identity governance frameworks including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and troubleshoot complex issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support project delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features such as automated lifecycle management and security insights.
• Mentor team members and support identity governance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, onboarding applications, managing identity lifecycle, access controls, and legacy migrations.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead discussions, mentor teams, and support transformation projects.

Additional Requirements

• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
