Manager, Identity Governance and Security

About the role

The position involves leading implementation and design of identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt platforms. Responsibilities include solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization, as well as developing governance standards and technical documentation. The role requires troubleshooting complex issues, guiding onboarding activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to support identity security initiatives. Support for AI-enabled identity capabilities and emerging technologies is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and solution design for identity governance platforms
• Develop operational procedures, governance standards, and solution documentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Support advanced identity capabilities, including automation and analytics
• Emphasize leadership in technical delivery, collaboration, and innovation within identity security, requiring a proactive, professional, and adaptable approach in a team-driven environment

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years working with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access controls, and compliance requirements across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders on transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions
