Manager, Identity Governance and Security

About the role

The Manager will lead the implementation and design of identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Cloud. Responsibilities include solution configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization, as well as developing technical documentation and governance standards. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting AI-enabled identity security capabilities. The manager will also mentor team members and support transformation initiatives in identity governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint ISC and Saviynt implementations, including onboarding and application integration.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, guide onboarding activities, and ensure successful deployment.
• Develop documentation, governance standards, and support innovative identity security technologies.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years working with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience leading technical workstreams, guiding stakeholders, and supporting identity security transformations.
• Proficiency in developing solution designs, operational procedures, and supporting emerging technologies like AI analytics and workflow automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment and travel as needed.
