Manager, Identity Governance and Security

Role Overview

This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity security solutions, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance, to enhance organizational identity and access management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize SailPoint ISC and Saviynt solutions.
• Develop identity governance frameworks including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, and policies.
• Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support project delivery.
• Create technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features and emerging security technologies.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years specializing in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, including application onboarding, access management, and legacy migrations.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
