Manager, Identity Governance and Security

About the role

This position involves leading the implementation of identity security solutions, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance. The manager will design, configure, test, and deploy identity governance frameworks, ensuring seamless onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, and compliance. Collaboration with stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing technical documentation are essential responsibilities. The role also supports AI‑enabled identity capabilities and promotes best practices in identity security.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of identity security platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years focused on SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Relevant degree preferred; or seven years of related experience with identity security platforms.
• Expertise in implementing identity lifecycle, access controls, certifications, role engineering, and migrations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and identity governance principles.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and engage with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with emerging identity security technologies, AI analytics, and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
