Manager, Identity Governance and Security

About the role

Seeking a Manager in Identity Security and Governance to lead SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization. The role involves designing identity governance solutions such as lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows, while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and optimization of identity security solutions.
• Design and implement identity governance frameworks.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide onboarding activities.
• Develop technical documentation and governance standards.
• Support innovative identity security technologies and automation.
• Design identity governance solutions such as lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues.

• Lead technical workstreams.

• Support identity security transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing identity management solutions, onboarding applications, and migration projects.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and support transformation efforts.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
