Pay

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $103,600.00 – $172,600.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives. Individual base pay will depend on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Align business objectives with people strategies by integrating HR planning and change management practices to ensure sustainable growth and a high-performing, inclusive culture
  • Consult with senior leaders to design and implement human capital strategies that strengthen organizational capability and culture, positioning talent to deliver on business priorities and long-term competitive advantage
  • Execute cyclical HR processes—such as performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews—to create a consistent, engaging experience that builds trust and drives accountability
  • Drive succession planning for senior and critical roles by assessing talent pipelines and implementing development plans, ensuring leadership continuity
  • Communicate HR strategies and initiatives clearly across all levels to foster alignment, improve engagement, and ensure employees understand their impact on organizational success
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to implement innovative, scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and business performance
  • Partner with Employee Relations to apply fair, consistent, and compliant practices in handling employee matters, mitigating risk, and reinforcing a positive workplace culture
  • Coach leaders through structured change management and ensure learning and development programs are prioritized to enable individual and team growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Consulting skills with the ability to link business strategies with people strategies
  • Experience promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion
  • Ability to function as a liaison with leadership and guide complex change
