About the role
Holy Ghost Preparatory School is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Care for new hire onboarding and employee orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate benefits administration, serve as the point for employee inquiries, and open enrollment processes
- Support employee relations by responding to HR-related questions and helping resolve workplace concerns in a respectful, professional and confidential manner
- Aid in performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Serve as the point person for maintaining and updating the school's Employee Handbook, ensuring that all changes in school policies are properly and accurately reflected
- Serve as the point for ensuring that all employees are up to date with clearances and background checks, etc.
- Collaborate on the administration of training(s) for the faculty and staff (including athletic coaches) that address topics related to wellness, safe environment, and other related topics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of human resources including payroll and other related administrative experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Pay
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
