Responsibilities

  • Cook up and execute group bookings, including restaurant events.
  • Develop and present customized event proposals, including menus, entertainment, and décor.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Collaborate with internal partners to fulfill guest requirements and special requests.
  • Conduct site tours, tastings, and pre-event meetings.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by proactively engaging repeat guests.
  • Stay informed on property offerings and provide expert recommendations.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and complete additional assignments as directed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, food and beverage, or restaurant sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, GuestCenter, Tripleseat, or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prior professional cleaning experience preferred.
