Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and ecommerce strategies that drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize ecommerce channels, including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other online marketplaces.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid media, email, SMS, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven marketing programs.
  • Manage product launches, ecommerce merchandising, promotional calendars, and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales to support wholesale and retail accounts through trade marketing, dealer marketing, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Track marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize business results.
  • Manage agency partners and marketing vendors while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Finance, Operations, and global teams to execute business initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and customer experience across all digital and offline touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or brand marketing.
  • Proven success managing Shopify and ecommerce businesses with measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, analytics, ecommerce merchandising, and digital acquisition.
  • Experience managing agency partners, marketing budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience within premium consumer products, luxury, fashion, watches, jewelry, accessories, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
