Growth Performance
- Own key growth metrics including revenue, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, customer acquisition
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency and lifetime value across Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google, email, and other channels
- Partner with designers and developers to improve landing pages, PDPs, bundles, offers, and overall conversion rates
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns across all channels
Agency & Channel-Specialist Management
- Serve as the primary manager for our marketing agencies and contractors
- Cook up work across paid media, email marketing, creative production, social media, and content teams
- Establish clear priorities, timelines, and accountability
- Ensure all partners are aligned around company goals and growth objectives
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage a structured creative roadmap in partnership with our Creative Production Manager
- Coordinate production of UGC, video ads, static creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze creative performance and translate insights into future testing plans
- Help ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints
Reporting & Planning
- Create and maintain weekly marketing performance dashboards
- Present insights, recommendations, and priorities directly to leadership
- Help develop monthly and quarterly growth plans
- Support budgeting and forecasting for marketing investments
