Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing is responsible for owning the growth strategy for each of our practices in partnership with the Head of Marketing. This includes channel mix, budget allocation, growth targets, and the sequencing of what gets built first. The role requires direct, hands-on expertise across all three channels (PPC, SEO, email), leading a team of managers, strategists, and specialists.

Responsibilities
- Build playbooks, set KPIs, and hold the team accountable
- Manage client relationships at the senior level
- Lead strategic reviews, present results, and handle escalations
- Coach and develop the team
- Define what good looks like at both the account and agency levels
- Measure key metrics such as CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, and retention
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally a mix of agency and in-house experience
- Direct, hands-on expertise across all three channels (PPC, SEO, email)
- Experience building campaigns, writing briefs, debugging tracking, and shipping email programs that move revenue
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and ability to configure conversions, debug attribution, and make bid strategy decisions backed by data
- 3+ years of experience managing a team, giving clear feedback, protecting people from churn, and coaching and developing
- Ability to sit in a room with a Head of Marketing and a surgeon, hold your own on the plan, and turn the conversation into a clear path forward for your team
- Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent advertising constraints and the editorial sensitivity required for aesthetic and surgical content

- CAC and lead quality trending the right direction across the portfolio, with a clear feedback loop from consult-booked and consult-converted data into bidding and targeting
- Organic traffic and qualified search visibility growing for priority procedures across practices
- Email revenue contribution measurably up, with healthier lists and sharper segmentation
- New practice onboardings ramp faster and hit performance benchmarks sooner due to the strategy you and the Head of Marketing built holding up in execution
- Your team is better than it was when you arrived, with people growing, work sharpening, and systems that don't fall over when someone is out
