Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will own the growth strategy for each of our practices in partnership with the Head of Marketing. This role requires a mix of agency and in-house experience, direct hands-on expertise across all three channels, and experience leading a team.

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will manage client relationships at the senior level, lead strategic reviews, and present results. They will also define what good looks like at both the account and agency levels, focusing on CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build playbooks, set KPIs, and hold the team accountable for performance across PPC, SEO, and email
  • Manage client relationships at the senior level
  • Lead strategic reviews, present results, and handle escalations
  • Lead a team of managers, strategists, and specialists across the three channels
  • Coach the team, raise the bar on craft, run reviews, and make the case for hiring as the business grows
  • Define what good looks like at the account level and the agency level
  • Ensure lead quality and CAC are trending the right direction across the portfolio
  • Grow organic traffic and qualified search visibility for priority procedures
  • Onboard new practices faster and hit performance benchmarks sooner
  • Ensure email revenue contribution measurably increases and lists are healthier with sharper segmentation and more automations
  • Build systems that don't fall over when someone is out

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing, preferably a mix of agency and in-house experience
  • Experience in healthcare wellness, beauty, or aesthetic adjacent industries
  • Direct, hands-on expertise across all three channels (PPC, SEO, email)
  • Personal experience building campaigns, writing briefs, debugging tracking, and shipping email programs that move revenue
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and ability to configure conversions, debug attribution, and make bid strategy decisions backed by data
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team, giving clear feedback, protecting people from churn, and coaching and developing
  • Ability to sit in a room with a Head of Marketing and a surgeon, hold your own on the plan, and turn the conversation into a clear path forward for your team
  • Ability to sit across from a surgeon, explain what's working and what isn't in plain language, and walk out with alignment on the next move

  • CAC and lead quality trending the right direction across the portfolio, with a clear feedback loop from consult-booked and consult-converted data into bidding and targeting
  • Organic traffic and qualified search visibility growing for priority procedures across practices
  • Email revenue contribution measurably up, with healthier lists, sharper segmentation, and more automations doing more of the work
  • New practice onboardings ramp faster and hit performance benchmarks sooner due to the strategy you and the Head of Marketing built holding up in execution
  • Your team is better than it was when you arrived, with people growing, the work being sharper, and systems that don't fall over when someone is out
