Manager Diagnostic Imaging
Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager Diagnostic Imaging to join Alaska Regional Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare. The ideal candidate will provide and maintain quality care, support their team, and ensure competence in patient care.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 7 days of employment start date (ARRT-R)
- Radiography Associate Degree
- Leadership Experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with the performance of all technologist and ancillary personnel
- Familiarity with all types of radiographic equipment and accessories used in the Department
- Supervision of quality control within the Department
- Affirmation that individuals are competent to deliver care appropriate to the ages of the patients served
- Affirmation that individuals demonstrate the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs, possess the knowledge of growth and development, and have an understanding of the range of treatment needed for these patient groups
- Dependable member of the healthcare team with strong relationships with all staff, physicians, employees, patient and families
- Collaboration with the medical staff, administration, and ancillary departments to provide quality care to the patients and families
