About the role

Manager, Business Results helps drive business performance by analyzing data, tracking key metrics, and partnering with leadership teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and better business outcomes.

• Develop and manage business dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead workforce planning and forecasting initiatives to optimize staffing levels, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business performance and key KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational and financial results.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to develop performance metrics, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives.
• Support business cases and projects by evaluating ROI, quantifying benefits, and contributing to presentations and recommendations for business growth.
• Provide reporting expertise and training to ensure stakeholders effectively leverage data and performance tools.

Requirements

• Travel Operations experience
• Fluency of applications necessary to report and complete all deliverables such as Microsoft Office, Windows, MS Access, Salesforce.com, SQL, etc.
• Outstanding Analytical skills
• Thorough working knowledge of agency operations
• Understanding of business tools and workflow processes
• Understanding of WFM concepts and practices

Pay

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager Business Results, Operations is between $70,000 and $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
