About the role
Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance (A&A) Growth Team is seeking a Business Development Manager with a passion for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the market and build a portfolio of strategic targets
- Support individual professionals and account teams with research, relationship mapping, and action plans
- Drive a growth culture mentality within the A&A practice
- Meet with and present to partners and staff on growth efforts
- Develop and execute internal communications strategy
- Lead and contribute to special projects
- For priority accounts, meet with account teams to vet/support/revise strategic plans
- Be a trusted advisor to the office and growth leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, English, journalism, communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in marketing, pursuit management, or business development
- Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
- Excellent relationship development and persuasive skills
- Strong project- and people-management skills
- Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to travel up to 10% based on the work done and clients served
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- 8+ years of experience preferred
- Big Four, audit, or professional services marketing, business development, or pursuit experience preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM a plus
Pay
The wage range for this role is $84,300 to $173,300.
