Maintenance Technician I - Inn at the Park

About the Role

As a Maintenance Tech I, you’ll provide quality results for our guests by using your maintenance skills and customer service expertise to ensure each unit and building is in perfectly working order.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve optimum quality and efficient production.
• Complete service requests and repairs as directed (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Maintain outside landscape by emptying trash, picking up litter, and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems, reporting deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $22.00.
