Maintenance Technician - Prelude at the Park

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prelude at the Park in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting and apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Requirements

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) is a must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• Must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during work duties
• Reliable transportation is required
• Availability to work on-call rotation
