Maintenance Technician II - Inn at the Park

About the role

As a Maintenance Tech II, you’ll ensure dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests. You’ll use your maintenance skills and customer service expertise to guarantee each unit and building is in perfectly working order.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairs as needed.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using methods that include soldering, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and troubleshoot possible electric hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance programs on all systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings, texturing, and painting.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $25.00.
