About the Role

Oversee and maintain the company’s building, equipment, and grounds to ensure optimal operational conditions. Ensure all CNC machinery and facility systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate repairs and collaborate with contractors to drive projects to completion. Perform preventive maintenance and repair on production equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain critical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, roofing, fire suppression, and security systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining with strong working knowledge of CNC equipment
• Multi-craft background with demonstrated versatility across multiple maintenance disciplines
• Strong background in developing and executing preventive maintenance programs
