About the role

Lead and direct a maintenance team consisting of 1 Maintenance Supervisor and 6 Technicians across two shifts. Drive plant equipment uptime by implementing proactive maintenance strategies and support programs. Oversee and manage capital improvement projects from planning through execution. Coordinate with outside contractors for facilities and grounds maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Engineering degree required
• Demonstrated maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with CAPEX project management and execution
