About the role

Oversee all maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and building systems. Manage and lead a team of 12–14 non-union maintenance technicians across a 3-shift, 24/5 operation. Coordinate and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals and enhance overall plant performance. Oversee maintenance operations spanning injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in blow molding, injection molding, and extrusion processes
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing maintenance teams
• Strong multi-craft maintenance background with versatile technical skills
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop people in a manufacturing environment
