Job Description
- Provide direct leadership to a team of two Maintenance Supervisors, one Maintenance Planner, one Parts Coordinator, one PLC Engineer, two PLC Technicians, and eight to nine Maintenance Technicians
- Lead and manage CAPEX projects from planning through execution
- Develop and oversee maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
Key Requirements
- BS degree preferred; open to candidates without a degree who demonstrate equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in heavy metals manufacturing environments
- Proven track record managing CAPEX projects from conception to completion
- Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
