About the role
Lead and manage a team of 19 non-union Maintenance Technicians across 3 shifts in a hands-on, floor-driven capacity. Oversee all equipment and facility maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime. Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing maintenance organization. Manage departmental budgets and oversee Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects from planning through execution. Maintain responsibility for the inventory and spare parts room, ensuring proper stock levels and organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role managing maintenance teams
- Demonstrated career stability and tenure with previous employers
- Background in a highly automated manufacturing (MFG) facility environment is required
