Mainframe Production Support
Job Description
Provides daily monitoring of computer platforms. Ensures all daily scheduled computer production work is completed accurately. Conducts scheduling and system monitoring tasks using appropriate tools. Troubleshoots operational issues as 1st level support and notifies appropriate support personnel for problem resolution. Records all trouble ticket issues/incidents and provides follow-up to customers. Provides 1st level help desk and online business application support, during and after normal business hours. Ensures all problems and issues reported to computer operations are recorded in the incident reporting log for review or action by Operations or IT Management. Communicates with all areas and levels within the organization.

- Or Any other Scheduling tool (Control-M or CA7 etc.)
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75000- 95000
