Machine Operator-3rd Shift

About the role

Join our team in Bolingbrook, IL as a 3rd shift Machine Operator working Monday - Saturday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Bring printed sheets to life, transforming them into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment. You’ll have the opportunity to master a variety of machines encompassing the whole card manufacturing process. $400 sign-on bonus!

Pay

Pay ranges from $18.00–$23.57/hour.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform multiple tasks in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
• Follow quality processes and procedures
• Use various measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to verify material conformance to specifications
• Troubleshoot malfunctions
• Adhere to MasterCard and Visa association security standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar manufacturing role
• Ability to operate machinery
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Flexibility with regard to schedule—overtime may be required
• CNC experience is a plus
• Safety-conscious

Schedule

3rd shift: Monday - Saturday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Job Specifications

• Exposure to shop noise
• Requires working on hard floor—regularly standing, walking, bending, squatting, and stooping
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens
• Requires normal color perception
