Responsibilities
- Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels.
- Follow all quality and safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE and hair nets in designated areas.
- Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems.
- Keep track of downtime and report any issues with quality.
- Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines.
- Work closely with your team to keep the production line running.
- Maintain machines in top condition.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED (or working toward it). Extra training or certification is a bonus but not required.
- Experience: Prior experience with bottling, packaging, or filling machines is helpful but not required; training is available.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 40 lbs regularly. Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Good eyesight (including color and depth perception) and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Communication: Ability to understand instructions and write clearly when needed.
- Safety: Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety rules.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work well with others to keep production moving smoothly.
Pay
Starting at $20/hour with overtime available.
