M&A Transaction Manager - Human Capital Strategy and Diligence

Responsibilities
- Conduct HR due diligence, including compensation, benefits, labor relations, and compliance.
- Evaluate organizational structures, talent models, and workforce planning strategies.
- Audit cultural alignment and readiness for change management.
- Develop HR integration strategies and post-close action plans.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and business leaders on workforce-related risks.
- Analyze HR technologies and recommend harmonization processes.
- Prepare executive-level reports summarizing key human capital findings.
Requirements
The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA or MS in HR preferred).
- 5+ years in HR consulting, human capital M&A, or organizational design.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, HR compliance, and labor dynamics.
- Experience with BPO workforce models and global HR operations.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with the full M&A lifecycle and post-merger integration.
Qualifications

Pay
Starting compensation is based on experience, and we offer a variety of benefits and incentives to support and reward our team members.
Schedule
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
