Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current LVN license in the practicing state
- Valid BLS certification (training available)
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray (training provided if needed)
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of one year of LVN experience
- Ability to work independently with hands-on training provided
Key Duties
- Deliver skilled nursing care to an adult patient dependent on G-Tube, Trach, and Ventilator support during weekend shifts, following healthcare protocols
